Do I need to Process? New Passholders...
Welcome to the club! As a new Passholder, you need to get your photo taken and pick up your physical Season Pass card. You can stop by any Season Pass Processing Day or public operating day once the park opens. We suggest taking advantage of our Season Pass Processing Days, as processing lines are shorter.
Do I need to Process Renewals?
Thanks for renewing! Your 2025 Season Pass card has been automatically updated with your 2026 information and is ready for opening day.
How do I get my 2026 souvenir cup?
Gold and Platinum Season Passes include a 2026 souvenir cup. You can pick up your souvenir cup during any Season Pass Processing Day at any Ticket Window or any operating day once the park opens at any participating food location.
How do I get my other perks?
All the perks associated with your 2026 Season Pass are loaded onto your physical or digital pass!
If I can get my Season Pass processed during my first visit, why do Season Pass Processing dates exist?
Season Pass Processing dates allow you to save more time for fun once the park opens for the season! By getting your Season Pass Processed early, you won't have to waste time on an actual park operating date. Lines can become lengthy at the Ticket Windows on park operating dates early in the season. You can also upgrade your Season Pass on any of these dates. Please note: the park does not operate on Season Pass Processing dates.
New Season Passholder: During your first visit, you will need to have your Season Pass processed if you would like to carry a physical card. To do this, simply bring the confirmation voucher that you received via email to any Ticket Window. There, you will receive your physical Season Pass card that you will use for admission into the park this season.
Renewal Season Passholder: When you renew your Season Pass next season, you can continue to use the same card!
How do I get my perks?
Your perks are loaded automatically onto your Season Pass card from your home park (where your Season Pass card was purchased & processed). Simply show your Season Pass card to redeem your perks at any applicable locations.
What if I lose my Season Pass Card?
If you lose your Season Pass card, stop by any Ticket Window for a replacement. A replacement fee may apply.
How do I upgrade my Season Pass?
It is easy! Visit any Ticket Window to upgrade your pass to a higher level.
Can I upgrade my ticket to a Season Pass?
You can upgrade your ticket the day of your visit at any Ticket Window.
How do I update my payment information?
