Ride the New Hyperlight Slides

The new Hyperlight ride brings an exciting new experience to Splish Splash water park opening in 2022, and the rest of the water slide season.

A revamped and recharged version of Splish Splash’s long-time favorite ride Abyss, Hyperlight brings a fresh new light and sound experience to the slides.

Hyperlight allows riders to choose between two slides, taking them on a wild, surprise-filled adventure through a full-sensory ride that offers four completely different, yet equally vivid, light and sound experiences.

Hyperlight gives park goers a whole new way to experience Splish Splash and one of the most exciting and fun things to do on Long Island.

Visit the New Long Island Surf & Supply Store

Alongside the incredible new ride experiences, Splish Splash’s long-standing retail store Surf Shack is getting renovated with an entire new makeover!

Now known as Long Island Surf & Supply, visitors will be able to go here to get everything they need to have a fantastic time at Splish Splash.

Also, be on the lookout for some tasty new food and beverage options at our various restaurants and food vendors across the park! The Chicken Coop is home to our Famous Fried Chicken and Popcorn Chicken, while also serving up delicious Cheese Fries. Looking for a tasty treat? Check out Funnel Cakes, located on the main restaurant deck! Here you will enjoy an original funnel cake with our favorite toppings like chocolate syrup, whipped cream, or even strawberries!

Four guests race head-first down our giant luge water slide, reaching exhilarating speeds with our aerodynamic slide mats.

Featuring dueling 300-foot slides, Bombs Away is ideal for adventure-seeking park goers.

Right above the Riptide Racer water ride, Bombs Away takes riders down a massive three-hundred-foot slide in separate AquaLaunch Capsules at 26-feet-per-second.

Pirates Cove

Alternatively, if you are looking for tips on how to have a great family trip to the water park with the kids, then consider heading over to Pirates Cove, an interactive pirate ship equipped with water cannons, rope nets and kid-sized slides.
